Human Body: The Temple and the Voice

A transmission on the body and its care

A transmission on the body and its care

I received this message long ago.

God said:

“You must take care of your temple. No one else will!
Feed it.
Nurture it.
Honor it with what came from Me.”

We were born from the Earth.
And so the Earth is what feeds us.
Not industry.
Not cruelty.
Not death.

Earth food carries memory.
Sunlight.
Vibration.
Codes of harmony.

But when we eat animals—
spiritual beings we do not understand,
souls with their own contracts and light—
we invite pain.

The body begins to crumble.
It becomes ill,
because it is digesting suffering.

Not just flesh—
but fear, grief, confusion.

And so the diseases come.
Not as punishment,
but as a warning bell:

“You’ve forgotten the temple.”

Even medicine has been misunderstood.

Spirit says:

“Medicine was born from My hands.
From plants,
from minerals,
from the quiet breath of nature.”

It was not made to numb,
but to recalibrate.
To soothe,
so that you could hear your inner voice—
not the scream of pain,
but the whisper of truth.

Medicine, when used with reverence,
is a teacher.
A tool to correct the distortions
we’ve placed upon the body.

But the body is wise.
The body knows.
The temple remembers.

So we must return:

To food that came from light.
To rest that follows rhythm.
To stillness that invites the voice of God
to speak again—
not through pain,
but through peace.
